She helped us coordinate an incredible cruise to Italy, Greece, and France — taking care of everything from the cruise itself to our tours and transportation at each stop. We’ve utilized Custom Travel’s services twice now – for our honeymoon to the Maldives and, more recently, for a trip to Spain. I found Custom Travel through an online search and chose them due to the great reviews they had. I had never used a travel agent before because I was under the misconception about it being expensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that there wouldn’t be any additional fees to utilize a travel agent with them. We worked with Kyle Kastukevich both times and we couldn’t be happier. Most of the communication with Kyle was done via email, which was perfect for my husband and my busy work schedules. There were a few times when we needed to schedule a phone call, and Kyle was very flexible on timing (after normal business hours), which was much appreciated. We provided Kyle with location, time frame, trip duration, and budget for each of our desired vacations. With this basic information, he was able to provide lodging options, excursions/activities, local restaurants, private transport, etc. He was also very quick to pivot based on any of our feedback/preferences. Before each of our trips, he mailed us travel documents, which came in handy on our vacations as it helped us keep track of our itinerary and confirmations for flights and private transport. Kyle’s recommendations never steered us wrong and we were so grateful to have had his guidance on our trips. He was also very patient with all of my questions and I had a lot! The resorts/lodging, alongside private transfers, he had selected for us were top-notch and didn’t come up on any searches I would have found on my own. We are extremely happy with the services provided as Kyle’s helped us experience two incredible vacations in a matter of six months! I highly recommend Kyle and Custom Travel for anyone looking to let someone else take the reins on planning your next trip!

An Unforgettable Italian Journey with Custom Travel We’ve just returned from an incredible 10-day adventure through Italy, and it was all made possible by Kyle at Custom Travel. From start to finish, every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully curated and flawlessly executed. Our journey took us to the beautiful cities of Florence and Sorrento, with unforgettable experiences along the way. We explored scenic vineyards, toured museums, visited the ruins of Pompeii, took a cooking class, and soaked in the stunning beauty of Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The balance of culture, history, and relaxation was spot on. The itinerary Kyle planned was perfect. Our accommodations were exceptional—each hotel was elegant, comfortable, and ideally located. My wife and I worked with Kyle to plan our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we made about the trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, finding us an amazing trip to Kauai with fun activities to do while there. He also had great food recommendations for us. This is the second time we have used Custom Travel and Kyle we want to thank you for our wonderful family vacation in Italy. The hotel locations were ideal. The tours were the best ever. Kate assisted my husband & me as well as 3 other couples (who are all based out of NC) plan and book a group trip to Sandals with complete ease! We originally planned to visit Montego Bay, but after Hurricane Melissa altered those plans, Kate was swift in gathering information on other available resorts and quickly assisted us in a transfer to Curacao! We all felt at ease as she had communicated with us throughout the entire process, answered all questions in reasonable time, and was incredibly knowledgeable! The resort was incredible and we look forward to booking another vacation through Kate at Custom Travel in the future!
